We are located at 940 Central Park Drive, Suite 209, in the Medical Office Building adjacent to the Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
From US 40, exit onto Mount Werner Road; continue towards the mountains and take a left at the second stop light, Pine Grove Road. Go about a half a mile and take the first right on Central Park Drive, and you will see the Medical Office Building on the left at the top of the hill. Park in the lot and enter the front door of the office building; we are on the second floor, left off of the elevator (right if you have taken the stairs), past the bathrooms, left again and we are the first office on the immediate right, Suite 209.
